The upkeep of your hot tub is important, it’s much like your car; if you just run it with no care or servicing, eventually it will break down.
To help prevent finding yourself in this situation we recommend carrying out a regular service to your pride and joy.
We offer varying levels of service with full descriptions and prices listed below. (Please contact us for a quote if outside of a 30 mile radius)
Service
Come and visit some of the best hot tubs in our showroom
Bronze service
The Bronze service would involve one of our engineers being on site for around one hour. We would use this service option as a regular upkeep style service for a hot tub that is well looked after in the interim.
£130.00
(inclusive of 25 mile radius. Extra time on site is charged £25 per hour)
(inclusive of 25 mile radius. Extra time on site is charged £25 per hour)
Inspect all components.
Report to client on worn or defective parts and agree cost of remedial work before proceeding in accordance with client's instructions (parts and time permitting).
Inspect cover closing device if applicable.
Inspect cover, clean and treat with vinyl protector.
Inspect Ozone if applicable (accessory item).
Check Filters - de-grease filters and clean to remove calcium deposits.
Clean waterline
Test water
Treat as necessary.
Silver service
The Silver service would involve one of our engineers being on site for around two hours. We would use this service option as a bi-annual style service for a hot tub that is well looked after in the interim.
£180.00
(inclusive of 25 mile radius. Extra time on site is charged £25 per hour)

Inspect Ozone if applicable (accessory item).
Descale circulation pump
Check operation of all pumps.
Check O’rings and seals of all pumps (where isolation is possible).
Check Filters - degrease filters and clean to remove calcium deposits.
Shock chlorinate spa to clean possible bacteria from spa and pipes
Clean waterline.
Test water and treat as necessary.
Gold service
The Gold service would involve one of our engineers being on site for around four hours. We would use this service as an annual style service, or for a hot tub that has been stood and not used for some time.
£278.00

Platinum Service Pack
The Platinum Service Pack is a complete package that covers your entire servicing needs for a full year. Not only do you get peace of mind that your hot tub is going to be well looked after for the year, but we will give you a FREE chemical bundle* when you take out this package.

1x Bronze service scheduled in month 1.
2x Silver services scheduled in months 5 & 12.
